01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the u7bd platform, accessible at u7bd.app, including its sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and all other products and services offered under the u7bd brand. The Terms apply regardless of the device you use to access the platform — whether desktop, mobile browser, or any other internet-enabled device.

By completing the registration process and creating a u7bd account, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any third party, business, or commercial entity. You further confirm that all information you provide during registration and thereafter is accurate, complete, and up to date.

u7bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior individual notification. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the u7bd platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If a material change is made that may significantly affect your rights, u7bd will endeavour to provide notice via a platform notification or email to your registered address.

Governing Language

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

02 Age Restriction & Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain a u7bd account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual for personal, non-commercial use.
• You are not acting as an agent on behalf of another person for the purpose of gambling.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with u7bd or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You have not previously had a u7bd account closed for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.

Age Verification

u7bd reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any account holder at any time. If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of age, your account may be suspended, and any pending withdrawal requests will be held until verification is complete. u7bd will not process any withdrawal for an account that has not completed age verification where required.

u7bd uses technical and procedural measures to prevent underage access to the platform. Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software to restrict access to online gambling websites on shared or family devices.

03 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of u7bd products and services — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and real-money deposits — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate and complete personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method.

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account with u7bd at any given time. Creating more than one account — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, u7bd reserves the right to close all but the oldest account, void any bets placed on duplicate accounts, and permanently forfeit any bonus funds or winnings derived from duplicate account activity.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. u7bd strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for an additional layer of security. You must notify u7bd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. u7bd will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential.

KYC Verification

As part of u7bd's commitment to platform integrity and compliance with responsible gaming standards, all accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be requested to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity:

• A government-issued national identity card (NID) or passport.
• A utility bill or bank statement not older than three months, confirming your address.
• A photograph of the payment method (e.g., bKash or Nagad mobile number) used for deposits.
• A selfie holding your identity document, if required for enhanced verification.

KYC documents must be submitted in English or with a certified English translation where the original is in another language. u7bd reserves the right to decline or delay withdrawal requests until KYC verification is complete.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions on the u7bd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). u7bd does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum single deposit is ৳200.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly under normal network conditions.
• Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be credited to your account, depending on the processing bank.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own verified name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• u7bd reserves the right to return a deposit and request an alternative payment method if the source of funds cannot be verified.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed only to a payment method that matches the name on your verified u7bd account.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad) are typically processed within one hour under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• u7bd reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawal amounts.
• Funds deposited but not used for wagering may be subject to a return-to-source policy, where the unused portion is returned to the original deposit method.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. u7bd reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice. The fee, where applicable, will not reduce the account balance below zero. Dormant account fees cease once the account becomes active again.

05 Betting Rules & Casino Play

All sports bets placed on u7bd are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, as published on the relevant betting market page. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict between general terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall take precedence for that market.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is not considered accepted until the u7bd platform has confirmed it with a unique bet reference number displayed on screen or in your bet history. u7bd reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Where a bet is refused after funds have been deducted, the relevant amount will be returned to your account balance immediately.

Errors and Obvious Mistakes

u7bd reserves the right to void any bet accepted due to an obvious error, including but not limited to manifestly incorrect odds caused by a pricing error or data feed failure. In the event of a void bet, the original stake will be returned to your account. u7bd will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct pricing errors in a timely manner.

Live In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are subject to automatic suspension during key match events (e.g., wickets in cricket, goals in football). Bets placed just prior to a suspension may be voided at u7bd's discretion if the outcome of the bet was already determined at the time of placement. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that in-play bets are placed only on markets that remain open.

Casino Game Fairness

All casino and slot games available on u7bd use certified random number generators (RNG) provided by internationally accredited studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Play'n GO. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by prior results, bet size, or any external factor. 06 Bonuses & Promotions

u7bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which supplement and take precedence over the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms apply.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are awarded in BDT and credited to your bonus balance, which is separate from your real-money balance.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering multiple applicable to each bonus is stated on the promotion detail page. Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be transferred to your withdrawable real-money balance.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in each promotion's terms. Using bonus funds on ineligible games may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• u7bd reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal does not unfairly affect players who have already accepted and begun meeting the wagering requirements of an active bonus.

Bonus Abuse

u7bd employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk or hedged wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk; use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; collusion between accounts; and any other conduct reasonably judged to constitute exploitation of promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus funds and associated winnings voided. Repeated or severe abuse may result in permanent account closure.

07 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the u7bd platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that does not harm the platform, its operators, other users, or the integrity of any sporting event or casino game. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to hack, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the u7bd platform or any associated network or system.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human agent to place bets, interact with casino games, or access the platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating match fixing, spot fixing, or any other conduct that corrupts the outcome of a sporting event.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials to any third party.
• Depositing funds obtained from criminal activity or using the platform as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, including self-exclusion, by creating a new account after a self-exclusion request.
• Abusing customer support staff or other users through offensive, threatening, or discriminatory language.

u7bd reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, fund forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities — in response to any prohibited conduct. u7bd cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in Bangladesh and internationally where criminal activity is suspected.

Intellectual Property

All content on the u7bd platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, and data feeds, is the intellectual property of u7bd or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of u7bd.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

u7bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; suspicion of fraudulent activity; or receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Closure Initiated by u7bd

Where an account is closed by u7bd due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds or winnings deemed to be forfeited under these Terms) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, after any applicable deductions for outstanding fees or chargebacks. u7bd will provide written notice of account closure to the registered email address, along with the reason for closure where permitted to do so.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your u7bd account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes, and any remaining withdrawable balance will be processed to your registered payment method. Voluntary account closure does not affect u7bd's right to retain transaction records and personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool available in their account settings, or to contact support at [email protected] to request a self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect promptly and block access to all gambling sections of the platform for the selected duration. Players who self-exclude acknowledge that attempting to create a new account during the exclusion period is a violation of these Terms. Limitation of Liability

u7bd provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, u7bd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the platform and your use of it. u7bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from technical failures, data errors, or network interruptions. u7bd's total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Contact & Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your u7bd account or any transaction, you should contact u7bd customer support at [email protected] in the first instance. u7bd will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days. All disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the laws of Bangladesh, and you consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh for the resolution of any such dispute.
